Why Restaurants and Not Galleries
The ceramists participating in this project have a love for ceramics. They have specifically chosen tableware as a focus area.
We are choosing to work with restaurants and not galleries. This is where tableware is most important. The function and aesthetics of ceramic objects, both, are important when creating tableware. As artists we are more understood by restaurants and restaurant customers.
